Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders are products that are paid for at the time of purchase and shipped 4-8 weeks later. The date of shipment will be specified on the product detail page as well as in your cart at checkout. You can check your pre-order shipping dates in your Account section.

Shipping Methods

If your order weighs less than 1 pound, it will ship First-Class using the United States Postal Service with a 2-7 day lead-time. Monogrammed items have an additional lead-time of up to two weeks.

If your order weighs more than 1 pound, it will ship Priority using the United States Postal Service with a 2-5 day lead-time. Monogrammed items have an additional lead-time of up to two weeks.

Provided below are maps that show how long, on average, it will take USPS to deliver your package.

USPS First-Class Mail

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail containing a USPS tracking code. If your order weighs less than 1 lb., it will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Provided is a map showing the USPS First-Class Package Service standards when shipped from 75701:

USPS Priority Mail

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail containing a USPS tracking code. If you selected USPS Priority Mail or your order weighs more than 1 lb., it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Returning Personalized Items

Personalized items are not refundable due to the highly customized nature of the product. We will accept returns on personalized clothing if we made an error in the customization of your product.
